Matthew Morgan

Matthew Morgan is a pioneer in the cannabis industry. As the founder of multiple large-scale cannabis companies — including Reef Dispensaries, Tryke companies, and Bloom Dispensaries — Matthew has also spearheaded successful operations for Ignite Cannabis Co., Green Axis Capital Corp., Slapps Underwear, and other entrepreneurial endeavors.

Matthew began his career with a successful real estate business in his home state of Montana. When the effects of the economic recession allowed him to explore new opportunities, Matthew was led him into cannabis. Early on, he was successful in obtaining one of the few state-issued Marijuana Business Licenses; he then acquired the necessary real estate, obtained the correct permits, and hired cannabis cultivation talent in order to become one of Montana’s largest cannabis producers.

Now, in addition to OneQor, Matthew also does consulting work around the world and is involved in multiple business venture within a variety of industries.

Over the past 39 years, Larry has built brands, managed intellectual property matters, developed global marketing strategies, and successfully exited several businesses. His expertise spans a variety of industries, including: outdoor recreation, branding, real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, and medical devices.

As owner of the Field and Stream brand, Larry grew revenues from $20 million to over $400 million. In the role of General Counsel, Larry was responsible for conceiving and implementing successful partnerships, and establishing lines of credit resulting in the profitable sale of the company. He has also managed and monitored compliance with domestic (FDA) and international governmental regulations, from clinical trials to export and import approvals; additionally, Larry has developed global strategies to effectively compete with leading medical companies.

Diana Ritchie has over 25 years of leadership experience in the specialized industry of hotel, casino, retail marketing, and cannabis. She served as the Senior Executive Director of Hotel and Casino Operations for both MGM and Wynn properties. Diana also was the President/COO of the largest vertically integrated cannabis company in the State of Nevada.. Diana’s extensive corporate foundation has provided several national and international cannabis and retail organizations to reach fiscal profitability through her expertise in financial analytics, supply chain control, marketing brand positioning, and operational command. Through her leadership in driving regulatory safety and efficacy of each product, Diana continues to generate business opportunities and coordinated executions of each projected mission to its success.

Pam Andresen

Pam Andresen brings over 20 years of experience leading Inventory Management and Supply Chain teams. During her 16 years with Best Buy Co., she was highly involved in each stage of the end-to-end customer centric supply chain and developed forward-thinking strategies leading to optimal productivity and profitability. She drove the multi-channel inventory strategy where she helped the team achieve $4B in annual sales through demand planning, assortment and space management and supply chain efficiency. After a family member’s cancer diagnosis, Pam moved to California where she explored medical solutions utilizing cannabis.

He previously spent 21 years as an innovator in the pharmaceutical industry, where he contributed to the launch of 15 new drugs and 25+ new generic products whose total sales exceeded $100 billion.

His research includes Green Chemistry; novel, leap-frogging technologies; and pharmacokinetic enhancers to reduce the cost/toxicity of medicines and promote sustainable, global access. Dr. Fortunak works with producers, government agencies, and non-Governmental Organizations in the US, India, China, and Africa including the US FDA, USAID, WHO, UNAIDS, UNITAID, UNIDO, USP, and the Global Fund for AIDS, TB, and Malaria. This work is represented in over 22 million people taking HIV medicines in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). These efforts reduced the cost of treating people with Hepatitis C and AIDS in LMICs by $1.85 billion in 2013- 2017. He has received numerous awards including the American Chemical Society “Heroes of Chemistry”, and a US FDA Honor Award for Excellence and Innovation in Africa. Dr. Fortunak has over 100 publications and 35+ patents and patent applications.

Dr. Pat N. Confalone

A graduate of M.I.T., Pat obtained a PhD at Harvard with Nobel laureate Prof. R.B. Woodward. After a post-doctoral stint, also with Prof. R.B. Woodward, directed toward the total synthesis of Vitamin B12, he joined the Chemical Research Department of Roche Pharmaceuticals.

Moving to DuPont, his Bioorganic Chemistry group developed the fluorescent dye-labeled reagents that were used in automated DNA sequencing, eventually employed in the human genome project. With DuPont’s Pharmaceutical Division, Pat’s Medicinal Chemistry department discovered CozaarTM, a major anti-hypertensive based on angiotensin II antagonism.

After 22 years in Discovery Research, he moved into pre-clinical development and his Chemical Process R&D organization carried out the chemical development of CozaarTM and SustivaTM, a highly successful therapeutic used to treat AIDS, currently in over five million patients.Together, these life-saving medicines generated cumulative sales of over $50 billion. As Vice President, Global R&D, DuPont Health, Nutrition, and Crop Protection, he led 300 scientists to build a world class pipeline of novel products, including RynaxypyrTM and CyazypyrTM, with world-wide sales over a billion dollars a year. He has presented more than 110 invited or plenary lectures worldwide, published more than 140 papers, obtained more than 50 U.S. Patents; he has been an associate editor of over ten peer-reviewed scientific journals. Pat has received numerous honors and awards, including the Harvard Graduate Society Prize, the Alpha Chi Sigma Award, the Robert A. Welch Lectureship, and the Philadelphia Organic Chemistry Award.

He was nominated to the Harvard Society of Fellows, is an elected Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and served as Chairman of the Board of the American Chemical Society. Currently, Pat is an independent consultant to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and agrichemical industries.
